STEP #3: RETURNING YOUR ABSENTEE BALLOT
You may drop off your absentee ballot at your local clerk's office where you are registered. This does involve you having to go home, but it is the best and easiest way for you to ensure that your absentee ballot is counted. Your clerk is open on weekdays. On the weekend before the election, city clerks are required to have hours. Click the button to find your clerk.
You may return your ballot in the mail. Two stamps will be required. We recommend doing this early (early October) to ensure that your ballot arrives on time. You can track your ballot using the button below. Once it goes into late October, we recommend using Option #1 to make sure that your ballot arrives on time.
IN-PERSON ABSENTEE VOTING
There is an additional option as well. Starting September 28, you can go to your clerk's office, request an absentee ballot application, fill it out, hand it in, receive your absentee ballot, fill it out, and hand it in! You just cast your vote for the November 3 Election!
